Suitcase missing upon Airport arrival?
Just email your customer account manager!
Important:
1) When you loose a suitcase during air travel your airline will issue you a Lost Luggage Report and a PIR reference number. These must be provided to your account manager when notifying us of a lost luggage incident
2) When purchasing Luggage Lifeline be sure to use your name as indicated in your passport. This is so we can cross-reference your Luggage LifeLine incident report with the documentation provided by your airline - and dispatch your replacement luggage within 24 hours!
